  • Called to the bar of Ontario in 1966.
  • Named a Queen’s Counsel in 1979.
  • Howard is a very experienced lawyer and his practice is primarily in criminal, family, and civil litigation and at all levels of courts in Ontario.

    A devoted Toronto Maple Leafs fan, Howard enjoys watching sports in his free time.

  • Juris Doctor degree from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law in 2005.
  • Called to the bar of Ontario in 2006.
  • Treasurer of the Brant Haldimand Norfolk Collaborative Family Law Practice Group. Editor of the Aboriginal Persons’ Court Brantford Newsletter.

    Mark practices primarily in criminal, family, and civil litigation. He has completed collaborative family law training and he is a member of the local Collaborative Family Law Practice Group. Mark accepts clients with Legal Aid Certificates for criminal matters.

    Mark is interested in fireworks and he has his Fireworks Operator Display Assistant Certificate.
